The goal of this project was to enhance the Google My Business (GMB) profile ranking for a dental practice in Philadelphia within a 5-kilometer radius. The focus was on increasing local visibility, driving patient engagement, and generating more appointment bookings.
Objective: Identify ranking factors contributing to competitors’ success. Approach: Conducted a thorough competitor audit, analyzing GMB profiles, service categories, descriptions, number of reviews, images, and engagement levels. Outcome: Discovered key optimization gaps, such as the underutilization of high-quality images and detailed service listings, which provided an opportunity to differentiate the client’s profile.
